Quality Control for Turkey’s Largest Export Sector
Textiles and apparel are the backbone of Turkish exports, from fast-fashion garments produced in Istanbul to denim from Bursa and home textiles from Denizli. Short lead times are exactly why European brands source here — and exactly why quality slips happen: compressed production schedules, subcontracting and fabric substitutions are the classic risks. An independent textile and garment inspection in Turkey verifies your order before it ships, without slowing it down.
What We Check
Garment workmanship
Sampled garments are examined for stitching quality, seam strength, thread tension, print and embroidery quality, colour consistency between pieces and against the approved lab-dip, and overall construction against your sealed sample.
Measurements
Key points of measure are checked against your size specification with the agreed tolerances — a garment that fits wrong is a return, no matter how good the fabric is.
Fabric inspection
For fabric rolls and home textiles, defects are graded under the industry-standard 4-point system: slubs, holes, misweaves, stains and shading are scored per roll and reconciled against the agreed points-per-100-square-yards limit.
Labelling and compliance
Care labels, fibre composition, country of origin (“Made in Türkiye”), barcodes and destination-market requirements are verified — labelling errors are one of the most common causes of customs delays and retailer chargebacks.
Packing and presentation
Folding, polybags, hangers, assortment ratios per carton and shipping marks are checked against the packing instruction, so retail-ready orders arrive genuinely retail-ready.
Fast Reporting for Fast Fashion
Inspections are performed to ISO 2859-1 (AQL) — typically 2.5 major / 4.0 minor for garments — and the full photo report is delivered within 24–48 hours, with urgent same-day summaries available. Combined with pre-shipment inspection and container loading supervision, you get complete visibility from production line to sealed container.
