Quantity and weights
Carton counts are reconciled with the packing list, and net weights of sampled retail units and bulk sacks are measured against the declared weight — small per-unit shortfalls multiply into significant losses across a full container.
Packaging integrity
Retail packs, vacuum seals, tins and sacks are checked for damage, leakage and seal integrity; export cartons are assessed for stacking strength and moisture protection.
Labelling and date codes
Product labels are checked against your artwork and destination-market rules: ingredient lists, allergen statements, net weight declarations, lot numbers, and production and best-before dates. Date-code errors are among the most frequent causes of border rejections.
Visual product check and loading hygiene
Sampled product is visually assessed for obvious quality issues — colour, size grading, foreign matter — and the loading environment, container cleanliness and pest evidence are documented before and during loading.
Laboratory Testing Coordination
Where your market requires it, we coordinate sampling and accredited laboratory analysis — aflatoxin in nuts and dried figs, pesticide residues, moisture content and microbiological parameters — so certificates accompany the shipment rather than chasing it.
